The Square, Castlegate

Carillion is playing a key role in the delivery of a major headquarters office development, The Square in Castlegate, Sheffield. Located at the principal gateway to Sheffield city centre, The Square is a prime location for businesses, offering easy access to the motorway network, public transport and the amenities of Sheffield city centre.

Carillion’s consultancy business, TPS, is working with Sheffield City Council as structural engineer on the development, which will include 50,000 sq ft of office accommodation, a new 114-bedroom hotel, retail facilities and a 400-space multi-storey car park.

Second stage development will cover the construction of a further 200,000 sq ft of high quality office accommodation.
