If we were to list every type of role in every area in which we work, this careers site would be twice as long and half as interesting. Suffice to say we employ everyone from domestic assistants to strategic directors, carpenters to catering managers, and foremen to facilities managers. And just as the types of roles are numerous so are the places where you could work. In fact as an employer of choice, we’ll give you the chance to move around the business and enjoy a wide range of experience. That means if you join us as a construction manager on a six month project in Birmingham you could then spend the next six months on a project in Bournemouth
What’s more just because your join our organisation as part of our Rail business, there’s no reason why you couldn’t move into a role within our Road or Regional Building or Facilities Management businesses. Or why, if you joined us as quantity surveyor on site you couldn’t then move into a surveying consultancy role.
We work on a project basis but don’t have a ‘project mentality’. And whilst we work flexibly we value job security. So, once a project has ended we’ll make sure you’re placed on another project where your unique talents and experience are needed.
