The Two-Year Programme

Our 2-year Graduate Programme is designed to put you through your paces, coached and supported by a personal mentor. The programme is tailored to you, your role and where you are in the organisation. We’ll support you if you want to go for Chartered status, gain other professional qualifications, even an MBA: we want you to go on learning.

Don’t forget, you could work anywhere in the UK, including London, and on projects in Europe, Canada, The Caribbean or Middle East. And wherever we work, we are involved in communities. You might find yourself going into schools, supporting a local Wildlife Trust or sitting down with residents to find out what they think about a planned project.
