2004 saw a number of high profile projects completed including Beetham Landmark in Liverpool, Lucknow Barracks in Tidworth, and the Pimlico Project in London. Work began on a number of new projects across the country, including the 48-storey Beetham Tower in Manchester, a Wm Morrison distribution centre in Kettering, and various student accommodation schemes for UNITE. In 2005 we have been successful in the growing education sector, wining large contracts at Renfrewshire Schools PPP and Leeds Schools PFI.
